Flat $12 anywhere in Australia, free on orders over $150. We also ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada — the rate is calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next. Australian deliveries arrive in 2–4 business days; New Zealand and the Pacific take 5–9. Every order ships with tracking, and the number appears on your tracking page as soon as the courier scans it.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and in its original box with all inserts. Email bjvanau@icloud.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within two business days of the piece arriving back with us.

Every movement and finish is covered for 24 months. If something fails in normal use, send us a photo and your order number — we repair or replace, and we cover postage both ways. Water damage from exceeding the stated resistance rating, and damage from impact or modification, aren’t covered.
