What’s covered
- Quartz movement failure under normal use
- Ion-plating that lifts or discolours
- Clasp, pin and spring-bar failure
- Lens delamination or coating defects on eyewear
- Hinge failure on eyewear frames
What isn’t
- Water damage beyond the stated resistance rating
- Impact damage, scratches and general wear
- Batteries after the first replacement
- Any piece opened or modified by a third party
Making a claim

Find your order number — use the tracking page if you’ve lost the email.

We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.

Repaired or replaced and back to you, usually inside two weeks.
